BEFORE my husband and I moved to La Grange from Bryan College Station, weve always had excellent customer service and when we had accidents, things were resolved super quick, like within a week tops and our adjuster was always in constant communication with us.. Now that we have moved to La Grange, our adjuster is out of Giddings and it is the worst service we had experienced. We are having communication issues with him and I am the one to always be the first to reach out when I shouldnt have too. He also doesnt return phone calls when my husband tries to call.. Weve actually had to contact our agent back in Bryan to get any information. We miss our old adjuster who was always so good to us!!! We have had TFB for over 10 years and man am I glad we got it while in BCS, otherwise I would have canceled our policy if we had it here already...
