    Allan Swanner: My wife had a joint account here with her mother who passed away. My wife tried to change the account to her name and brought in the death certificate and all the necessary documents. The nursing home kept getting the statements so we went back to the bank who has no idea of what happened to the death certificate and has no records of the account being charged over. We decided to close the account and have been here for over an hour trying to close the account. Apparently there are only three people who know how to close an account here. Every time we have tried to do anything here it always turns into a fiasco. The account is finally closed and its time to celebrate.

    Phoenix Dust: I put in an application for debt consolidation cause I barely started a job and everything due at once. My husband told me to try them cause they seem legitimate and trustworthy. Not in the least after giving me hope and able to breathe after going into their office to close the deal and I sign the documents and get the checks in my hand. 20 mins it took after leaving their office for them to rip my only hope I had away cause they needed proof of child support after days of calling and then going in their office not once saying they needed that proof. I won’t be recommending any one to them and every i told saying that was a miracle i will be taking those words back. This place deserves 0 stars.

I was told to come here by someone who does bussiness with them they or me will never go there again.
