5 /5 Susie: I had a lot of jewelry that needed to be cleaned and some needing to be repaired, so when we moved to the Fort Worth area my friend told me about Southlake Jewelers after I told her about my disastrous visit to a different jeweler. I brought 6 rings, 4 bracelets, 2 necklaces, and a watch in, and they looked spectacular when the work was completed. The area we will be moving to in a couple of months will be much farther away, but I don’t care. I will make the drive to Southlake Jewelers because I know they will take care of me.

Carrie helped my fiancé pick out my gorgeous ring and I couldn’t be more thankful for her great customer service and kindness. We had to get my engagement ring a size down, which was done with ease and only took a week or less to get it back (I couldn’t wait to get it back so this quick turn around was so appreciated). I’ve had a 5 star experience at Southlake Jeweler and can’t recommend Carrie enough. Thank you!
