5 /5 Terry Griffith: I highly recommend Sky & Co Jewelry. I had two issues, a battery replacement on one watch and sizing a band on another. Both we done immediately as I waited in about 15 minutes. Excellent service at a reasonable price. I was very satsfied. Thanks.

5 /5 Robbie Laws: This was my second visit since Sky & Co took ownership. I had to have my wedding rings cut off due to an insect bite. Ephraim had to really work to cut through my wedding band, but he didnt charge me a dime. He was very careful and solicitous of my poor, inflamed finger. He has a customer for life. Once my finger heals I plan to take my rings back and have them resized and reconnected.

5 /5 Travis Willgren: Amazing customer service and prompt. Diamond fell out of wifes necklace, and they replaced with a new one in less than a week and it looks better than new! Staff at this store go above and beyond. I will never go to another jewelry store from now on!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

1 /5 Sargent Billy “William”: Horrible. Terrible. Awful. Incompetent. If you do business here, supervise them closely and carefully lest you get robbed. October 2024 I brought four citizen Eco Drive watches in for various repairs. I work two jobs, one of them is a 90 hour eight day week, the other week is 45 hours. I was told somebody would call me with an estimate. Nobody called, & I forgot until last week (August 2025). I went to get my watches; a woman browsed through a tray with plastic packages with watches but none of mine could be found. Amen who appeared to be the jeweler seemed to remember my watches, remarking that one of them had come in for a crystal replacement. Ive long since mislaid the receipt, but when I do find it were going to have another conversation, perhaps with legal representation.
