1 /5 Audrey Guel: I usually refrain from writing reviews, especially negative ones, but Im beyond annoyed with the service I was provided. I have used this law firm since I was 18 - I am now 35. Im not sure if its Mr. Bradshaws daughter or the front desk that has let service slip, but last year I had a court case they "handled" for me - attorney showed up to my court date, nobody called to let me know they went to my court date - one day my dad gets a letter in the mail saying "you owe a balance of ___" to the court, I call bradshaw law to find out what this was about they tell me "oh yeah... we sent you an email with the invoice." ookkayyy ssooo no phone call, voicemail, just an email? Okay, maybe my fault for not checking my email like an adult should, but then the good part comes when they reach out to the court to find out if I can still pay the lawyer to have my case dismissed, I get an answer back that yes, I can. A week later I pay off my balance. BAM! get another letter to my dads house that my fees have still not been paid, now I am to appear at court. I called the law firm AGAIN, they tell me they did pay so at this point Im playing back and forth with the court and the law firm one saying they have paid the court, the other saying they have not been paid. Finally after give or take a month of going back and forth (half the time not even answering the phone!) I get one of the front desk girls at the law firm saying "Ugh... let me call the attorney to see if we can get this paid today." AND STILL did not get it taken care of until 2 days later! Now my insurance is coming to a renewal and who now has points on their license because the payment was made after the due date making their insurance go up...me.

I appreciate that you responded to my review, however, as proved during the time of trying to get my case handled with you...there can be 5 people in the office at all times, but that doesnt mean anyone will answer the phone. As stated previously I have used this law firm for over 10 years, try Audrey Williams.
Michelle was the only person in the office that was of any use to resolve my issue with not having my citation paid in a timely manner when a week later the court had still not recieved payment. What I dont appreciate is addressing your most recent negative reviews with the same response knowing that nobody ever answers at the office. As someone whos also in customer service I know how random new back to back 5 star reviews all of the sudden appear on businesses with a few negative remarks on their search engines. Itd be a great idea to have someone respond to reviews that actually wants to help resolve any future negative responses to the lack of care for clients outcome BEFORE they end up with points on their licenses or threatened with warrants from courts, instead of someone thats going to respond to all of them with the same copy and paste message.
