    Tim Hood: My home was robbed the insurance is still in my deceased mothers name because of courts a year and a half ago when I attempted to file a claim on the homeowners due to the freeze damage to the plumbing I was told because I was not on the insurance I could not make a claim and my name was added to the homeowners insurance now when my house has been robbed they wont put the check in my name they give me the runaround each one of them asking for a different thing I went in to get assistance from them filling out the forms because my home computer was stolen along with my laptop and everything else that would allow me to access the internet they knew this I tend to be reasonable I asked for $10,000 the replacement cost of the things stolen have now been dealing with them for over a month and they issue a worthless check in the name of my deceased mother find a different company

    D Nix: This is not necessarily towards the Henderson office, but aimed at TFB in general. I changed my due date by 11 days so It would be in alignment with my paydays. By doing this I was billed for 2 months. So I get this small covid 19 discount in May, then Im double billed for May again. I was charged a full month for changing my due date by 11 days. (Changed from beginning of the month to the middle of the month). I did speak to someone in policy services who was at least able to explain the billing somewhat, but still couldnt explain why its a double bill due for 11 days. Guessing those of us who are double billed are helping to cover their CV19 losses

But never do and forget the problem when you call back. Take the problem and forget it as soon as you hang up. Ive been waiting on an answer to a policy problem for months.
