Despite having a 10-day grace period for payments, I have been repeatedly contacted in an aggressive manner within this timeframe, which feels like harassment. I understand my obligations and the importance of paying on time, so this behavior is completely unnecessary.
Additionally, my interactions with one of the representatives, Kayla, have been particularly frustrating. Her unprofessional and unfriendly demeanor made what should have been a straightforward conversation much more stressful.
I am updating my initial review to reflect the experience I’ve had since securing my loan. Initially, I thought this company was a good choice, but after dealing with their poor customer service, I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone. Customer service should be about helping and supporting clients, not making things more difficult. I hope they address these issues and treat customers with the respect they deserve in the future.
