    FitQuest70: Gym #52 on my Sacramento-to-Texas quest is the Anytime Fitness in Van Alstyne, Texas, and it’s absolutely impressive. Walking in, I felt an amazing vibe off the bat. The gym is spacious, the entrance has a self-serve vending and merch area, seating area and entering the gym floor, stunning, high-quality equipment is in every corner. Every piece of specialty equipment you could imagine. A sauna!!!! The manager, Kenny, stood out immediately. He introduced himself, asked about my experience with Anytime Fitness, and was the first person in 52 gyms to offer help with the app. He guided me through changing settings, and now it tracks my circuit training, weights, and reps—a total game-changer. The owner’s dedication shines through in every detail: the gym is spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed. The bathrooms are exceptional, with proper drainage, a bench, towel hook, shower gel, and all the essentials. It’s exceptionally clean and the choice of music and volume is perfect. To top it off, the owner was incredibly gracious and even gave me a free shirt—my lucky day. This gym is a standout, and I’m beyond impressed.

    Robin Bottrell: Claudette is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of Pilates! As someone who has done a lot of classes with many different instructors, she is by far the best. She is passionate about her practice and teaching. If you are a beginner or experienced, she will guide, correct, and encourage you to reach your full potential. I highly recommend this studio.

    Valerie Hiberd: First time cross-fitter here. The facility was very clean and well maintained. Coach Micah was very friendly and welcoming as was the rest of the group there...even though it was 5:00 am. Coach Micah was willing to modify the exercises for me as I was new and took the time to walk me through each one. He made sure everyone was doing the exercises correctly throughout the class. I never felt out of place even though I needed extra attention. It was a fantastic experience overall!

    burak saglam: Always open, even in holidays you can go in with your access code. I mostly go in mornings, so I dont know about the staff but they were friendly when I registered. Youll see similar faces each day, it is friendly place. The machines are available most of the times, but most of the machines have only one unit for each type. Overall, good place for workout.

    Anna Miller: Join this gym was the best decision I’ve made towards my health. I was scared to join because I was in constant pain in my knees and I had been out of the gym and out of shape far longer than I wanted to be. Selena was such an encouragement and helped me to start slow and work my way up to doing bigger and greater workouts. I’ve lost enough weight so far that I’ve felt better and it has really helped to improve my knee pain. I’ve come so far that I’ve ran two 5K’s and wasn’t dying afterwards! If you want to loose weight, gain muscle, or just feel better about yourself go see Selena and Doc and let them help you get started!!
