1 /5 Aubrey Yost: I had closed out my account with this company and they proceeded to mail me my funds in the form of a check. The check never reached me and they showed on their end the check was fraudulently cashed on my behalf at a Bank of America. They assured me they would help me figure this situation out. I’ve been getting the run around for the last four months with this situation. They assured me the bank said it would take a maximum of 90 days to sort out which I patiently waited and diligently followed up on. Mind you, no one from Raymond James reached out to me during this time period to give me any updates aside from from me reaching out to them each time. Now on month four - they still have no answers for me and keep telling me they will get back to me on the situation. They proceed to tell me they can’t give me any internal numbers and actually give me their client services 1800 number which was a little alarming. After speaking with client services, I was actually made aware that they don’t assist with any client fraudulent activity such as mine and that I would need to take matters into my own hands which is now a bit alarming as I’ve trusted them for the past four months to sort this situation out. From my experience, they provide many unfulfilled promises and don’t seem to care about you or your money as if it were their own. Extremely disappointed and awful customer service.
