I went to my first yoga class & many other programs offered and within a short time, found enormous relief and a healthy direction going forward. There are many instructors well-qualified who have the ability to assist others, who may be troubled while going through the turmoil of everyday living. They helped me, when I was most in need. I am eternally grateful to this diamond in the heart of Denton, Texas.

5 /5 Daniel Rodriguez: This is a great place to start developing a spiritual foundation. Teachings are taught in a way that are understood for beginners and more advanced practitioners. The Wednesday classes are my favorite. Highly recommend those. The garden is also really cool looking, and there’s so much awesome art and statues. Overall, heartful community.

LA Fitness - Lewisville

SJ: This LA fitness is definitely worthwhile as they’ve updated the gym with a new area of the gym with new equipment that is quite functional. The only caveat with this LA fitness is that it gets super packed because they just closed down a gym nearby creating an influx. This gym does have a dry sauna that works well but it has broken down already since its recent remodeling. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Planet Fitness - Lewisville

Justo Bernard: Terrible experience at Planet Fitness in Dallas. I’m not from here — I live in Miami and was visiting a friend in Dallas. I decided to work out at this location using my Black Card membership. After training for over an hour and a half, I was exhausted and hungry, so I ordered some healthy sushi through Uber Eats. Once it arrived, I sat down at one of the tables, respectfully, just trying to eat something light before continuing. Suddenly, a male staff member — a man of color — approached me in an extremely rude and aggressive manner. Without any greeting or basic courtesy, he barked: “Hey bro, aren’t you going to scan in? Why are you sitting here? Why did you bring food?” His tone was inappropriate and accusatory, and it completely threw me off. I told him I had scanned in when I arrived and had been working out for 90 minutes. Still, he kept interrogating me in a very unprofessional way. I even re-scanned my QR to avoid further conflict, but he continued questioning why I was sitting there with food. I calmly asked, “Why not? Isn’t that what the tables are for?” After all, Planet Fitness sells drinks and snacks — it’s not like I was having a picnic. It was just one simple fitness meal. He responded sarcastically and told me to choose: “Are you here to eat or to work out?” Then he made me put my food in a locker and walk away from it. Once I was done with my workout, he finally allowed me to eat, but only “in secret,” in the Black Card lounge. Even then, his attitude was dismissive, cold, and borderline discriminatory. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable, and honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if his behavior was rooted in homophobia. No customer should ever feel judged, mistreated, or humiliated at a place that promotes being a “Judgement-Free Zone.” Planet Fitness, please do better. Train your staff in basic respect and human decency.

Kris Johnson: NEW MANAGEMENT !!!!!!! Definitely a change from the last manager. I stopped by this gym after going to another gym for several months. Lights have been replaced, broken equipment has been repaired, and the gym is SUPER clean. No dust, floor is vacuumed, swept and mopped, and it smells nice. Ohhh!! And the A/C Is WORKING! The new manager Julian is very meticulous about how the gym is kept and stays late to make sure it is well maintained. I got a chance to meet him this visit and he is super friendly and welcoming. He even went out of his way to update me on upcoming repairs and replacements. I would highly recommend this gym if you are in the area!!!!

Jordan Meyers: Id rate this gym a 15 out of 10 if I could! One of the best gyms in the area hands down. The equipment is top-notch, the environment is clean, and the overall vibe is perfect for recording high-quality fitness content. Friendly staff, solid networking opportunities, and a community of people who are serious about their goals. I hit this gym early in the morning or on my lunch break since it’s in the same parking lot as my barbershop, and it’s always a smooth, efficient workout. B: I’ve been looking for a gym that feels like “home” since moving to a different area and I have to say I’ve definitely found it with Steadfast! I’m only on day one of my trial week but I left the workout feeling so refreshed and with an even stronger motivation to continue my fitness journey after only one workout here. Everyone from the staff to the current members were so welcoming and funny lol! I definitely feel like I have a safe space to not only workout but to also be myself and have a sense of community that I’ve been searching for. I literally sent voice notes to my mom and all my friends because of how happy I was LOL! I’ve found the piece that has been missing from my life these last few months and I’m so grateful for having been led here :)

Lincoln Stewart: This facility is amazing! A1 equipment and love the vibe in there. Matt, the trainer is exceptional! Guy really knows his stuff from what workouts will get me the goals I’m aiming for, to good nutrition habits. And he’s very realistic with the goals and eating as well He makes sure to show you how the workout should looks in an encouraging way and helps push you past your limits I’d definitely recommend him to anyone

CLUB4 Fitness Flower Mound - Flower Mound

DJ Lee: Multiple charges without notice. Charged us for bogus after hours charges, 813pm, stating a warning was on the door, which it wasn’t. When we called to explain they could have cared less. We actually found out they had charged us multiple times before without notice. The staff could not care less. Sauna’s are always broke. Equipment is frequently down for repair. They only have 1 of several pieces of equipment that are in high demand so you’re always waiting. They’re nice and cheap to get you in the door and then they’ve got you. I think their scheme is to just charge people for BS until they notice and cancel. We’ve canceled our entire family and are heading to LA Fitness.
