Found out in July that my home insurance was cancelled for non-payment because they hadnt sent a bill to my mortgage company for an escrow payment. No communication about that. When I called to ask, they said all communication was through the Allstate app. They never told me that the ONLY way they would reach me was through the app. So I was not insured for 4 months. HORRIBLE communication. Have to call multiple times to get anyone to answer questions. Will never come back or recommend.
