1 /5 Nadiya Geldenhuys: I would NOT recommend! After meeting with lawyer Welsley Reeh she ensured my family and I that she will get me connected with a lawyer in California(to submit for an O-1 Artist Visa) and help my parents submit their business plan for the EB-5 investment visa.
Welsley said she submitted our EB-5 investment application, but my parents never received proof of the submission. She also emailed me saying that she cannot get me connected with a lawyer in California, even though she suggested it in the first place.
My parents were on a very tight schedule as the EB-5 investment visa would jump from $500,000 to $900,000 in November. My parents felt reassured by Welsley as she kept saying that she did submit the application.
November passed and after emailing her with no response, it turns out she did not submit the EB-5 investment visa application.
Welsley was paid around $7000 to submit this application.
Welsley also presented us with a PowerPoint of how she has submitted for an EB-5 visa before, but we also later found out that she never submitted one before.
We were lied to and taken advantage of. I do advise you AVOID this law firm.
