5 /5 Sandra Maldonado: Amazing Service from Luis Sanchez at Reeds Luis gave my husband and I the best service we’ve ever had. He went out of his way to order two special watches that weren’t in the store, just so my husband could choose. While we waited, he kept in touch the whole time and made sure we were updated. In the end, my husband bought a more expensive watch not because he had to, but because Luis was so honest, helpful, and gave great advice. We felt so comfortable and taken care of. Because of Luis, we’ve now left the store we used to go to and decided to stay with Reeds. He earned our trust and we’re very thankful. He really knows what he’s doing when it comes to important, long-term purchases. Thank you, Luis!

From the moment I walked in, they were all so welcoming and made me feel super comfortable. They took the time to really help me out, explain everything, and made sure I was happy with what I was getting. You could tell they knew exactly what they were doing, and the way they worked together as a team was honestly so cool to see. It made everything so easy and stress-free.
