Low Cost Insurance - Lockhart Raquel Simpson: Writing here because no other option given…. Very unprofessional, bri who claims she is the only person to report to needs more training. Not a good look for low cost. She laughs, interrupted me several times but with more education she could maybe be a successful manager. She definitely knows the phrase I don’t know.. hopefully she gets the training needed to be better! Why would she ask if I want to cancel my payment of 376.00 no not at all just want to report an issue with paying bill. Her nice way of trying to bully me. I pay my bill and I won’t be disrespected when asking questions about my acct — one star because it’s required
