2 /5 Miquel Stewart: RBFCU started fine in 2021. The first two years service were timely and easy to work with. Whatever changed has made it beyond difficult, from associates answering the phone unable to do their jobs or carry through with what they said theyd do to apparently deleting our discussions. Looking for a better place to take my money as we speak.

1 /5 Kyler Onken: Horrible for online businesses that use international transactions. Constantly fighting with them and their customer service wasting hour of my work day repeatedly. Also can not send international transfers online or over the phone any more. I’m looking into new banking options for my business. Edit- I’ve talked and ran circles around RBFCU to try and operate an international business and I hate every day I bank with them. Luckily I’m moving soon and will get a different bank account then. Waste so much of time and efforts.

5 /5 Lil Ari: Just wanted to get a more recent review in here. So far, everything at this RBFCU location has been super convenient. Big purchases were easy, moving funds in different accounts were easy. Getting my pay from work was almost instantaneous when I deposit it. Overall a great experience

5 /5 Jacques DuBose: RBFCU has been easy to work with for setting up business accounts. Friendly staff, quick turn around and I can do most things on the App. The Boerne Team does a great job.

1 /5 Blane Colbert: I would avoid banking here. There are fees associated with auto moving money from Savings to checking for bill pay. Recently came in to request a new debit card. We had a natural disaster at the home and put the claim money in the RBFU account. I requested a new card which they CANNOT make at any RBFCU location. I requested a rush and was told it is $45 and would still have to wait for it to show up at the branch. In short they do not work with the people banking at their institution. We will be transferring banks to avoid dealing with this kind of service. Lastly they are not supported on Apple Pay. Even the other small credit union we use can be verified on Apple Pay. Again just avoid dealing with RBFCU.
