Home insurance is really overwhelming but she has been able to answer all of our questions and explain how each part works and why or why not we may want certain coverage! She is so nice and very communicative and has been very flexible with us to the point that she made time for us after hours! It’s been really appreciated since we don’t have time to make it in to an office appt. We had put it off for that reason but it is VERY helpful to be able to get guidance even when you can’t make it in!
