Once again Prosperity Bank made a huge mistake in the drive through and the teller was short, rude and never apologized for her $8,350 mistake.
I gave my Drivers license as identification with the cash deposit.
The teller deposits the cash into a total different account with a female name. ( My name is Kevin, the name on the account the teller deposits the cash was Linda )
I asked for a balance after the deposit, the balance that she wrote was over 40,000 off of being correct.
I confronted her with the mistake, she was gone for a while, came back with a new deposit slip with the correct acct # and balance.
She put the reciept in the carrier and walked off
No apology for $8350 mistake that she made. Very annoyed that I caught the mistake and made her fix her mistake.
I have been a customer for over 33 years, way before Prosperity took over.
This was the second incident just like this. The other incorrect deposit was also in the drive through at the east McKinney branch. That is why I ALWAYS ask for a balance.
