2 /5 Krystal Dean-Jelks: ATM is not working,,tried to make a deposit, then called the number, to notify or get suggestions, after going through all the automated options to speak to a customer service representative, listening to multiple recordings, then being to a CS representative would be with Me shortly, to have it hang up on me. My time is valuable to me

1 /5 Michael Conwell: The first slide that I was told was the power was off, but the lights were on. Then it’s before closing time and I’m told they can’t cash my check because they’ve already locked their ball before closing time. I don’t believe a bank is supposed to close his vault before this branch is closed. I think the plan was to get out of the bank and go home as early as possible. Will not be trying to do business with prosperity bank again.

5 /5 Sarah Silverleaf: Fast and Friendly service. The boss was nice and super helpful and even offered me cake! The banker was sweet and helped me a lot for opening an account.
