    Lee Matrix: So I just got off the phone with the rude receptionist in regards to my account because in the app, it allows you supposedly to remove your current checking account and you’re supposed to be able to add another checking account if you’re wanting to change accounts from which your money is withdrawn from. I will never take a loan from this place again. Enjoy the interest while you guys have it because I will never ever ever borrow money from this place again. The customer service reps in this current branch in Amarillo are rude as hell and they don’t give two shits About what you’re trying to explain. Now I got hit with an overdraft fee when I thought I had changed the account from which the money was withdrawn from. According to their app You can remove an account and add another one in its place to make sure that your payments get made. Apparently, that’s not the case! You have to physically call and have someone do the change for you because apparently they have to send you documents to sign and email back to them. It would be nice if they would explain this in the process of me trying to switch accounts. But that’s not something that they offer in the app even though it’s there lol doesn’t make any sense. So when I reached out to the OneMain financial 800 number, apparently I’m not the only one that has had issues with this. People are complaining about it left and right. If it’s not a service you offer, don’t include it in the app. Simple as that!

    Marisa Fulton: The local staff in Amarillo on Western are fantastic! The big issue I have is they do NOT care about the safety of their employees. During a snow event in the city that caused the city offices, county offices, AND school district to close, they are not allowing their employees in Amarillo or Hereford to get home safely. The big manager, Carmen, told them business as usual and anyone that leaves will be fired. I would stay FAR AWAY from this company!!!!
