4 /5 Heather Kleiner: I would give a 5-star rating if there were some extended hours. But everything else about BBVA Compass Bank in Marshall Texas is spot-on. They have the best customer service Ive ever seen. I ended up closing my other account (that I had for 15 years) to keep BBVA instead.
