1 /5 Mea Mea: The billing services suck, literally comes across as theft. Every time I would try to cancel, the manager was never there miraculously. Every time you try to talk to someone about it, theres nothing they could oorrrr they are never thereee. At this point I really think that you should weigh your options before you go to any of these planet fitnesses. They literally only care about the money. They dont care about you You can be in the hospital for 5 months and guess what theyre still drafting their money not even thinking about your account.. Yes its clean yes its a nice facility Ill give you that. But the fact that you cant get anywhere as far as billing goes is ridiculous. Everything is talk to the manager and talk to the manager. The managers not there. News flash You cannot get in touch with a manager at your location because theyre not ever there. Its literally coming across as theft. By the way if you canceled it has to process. So youll be subject to being charged while it processed. oh no you wont get that back by the way while this processing. Also if you think a refund will happen it wont even. They literally will not..they will just let you use the facility. Why would I when you guys took my money and I dont even workout there...Just thought Id let you know..

The staff are always incredibly helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. No matter the time of day, they greet you with a smile when you walk in and again when you leave—it really makes a difference and sets a positive tone for the whole visit. The facility itself is always clean and well-maintained, which I truly appreciate. From the locker rooms to the workout areas, everything is spotless and organized. There’s never a worry about finding a machine, either—there are plenty available, and theres a great variety to help create a well-rounded workout. Whether you’re focusing on cardio, strength training, or just trying something new, they have what you need. Overall, Planet Fitness makes working out enjoyable and stress-free. The welcoming environment and the supportive staff make it a place I actually look forward to going to. Highly recommended!

5 /5 Rodney Kimble: I love this gym!! The manager and all the employees really make me feel welcome when I work out!! My parents taught me that I need exercise to live a long life. I thank God for this gym and my parents!! My parents also taught me that doctors and their prescriptions extend our lives! My doctor wants me to work out!! Most of all my parents taught me to believe in the death, burial, and resurrection of Gods Son Jesus for all sin!! Gods Word the Bible says this in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4, Romans 10:9, 1 John 4:15. Hell is real and so is Heaven. If anyone reading this hasnt accepted Jesus as their Lord and Saviour talk to God right now. Say, " God I believe Jesus is your Son and He died for all my sins." Say, " He was buried and rose again the third day to give me Eternal life in Heaven." If you prayed that prayer you are saved forever friend!! Find a Bible based Church and join it so you can be water baptized and grow spiritually!!!

2 /5 Arianna Rodriguez: I normally LOVE planet fitness… the price is the best part and they have a good variety of machines. But I had an experience with Tess where she got on my ass and came at me for being on the hydro even though the other worker told me to wait for 9 because it was previously full. She came in questioning me and gave me attitude saying she did it for herself for her workout. Every other worker is so nice but she seriously needs to be checked…

1 /5 Carlis Laymance: Don’t rely on the backup payment method got charged almost $70 this month took 20 on the payment date for my primary payment method then another $46 10 days later manager says there’s nothing she can do because they use a third-party company. That’s fine. I’ll cancel dispute the charges and go to another gym.
