HOTWORX - Amarillo, TX - Hillside West - Amarillo J B: Sometimes they block off rooms during busy times and it makes it crowded in this place and its happened about 3 times that Ive noticed. Right now at 815am, no staff, they have 3 rooms blocked off. Then if you try to cancel, they want you to pay for 2 more months after. Yes, I knew about it in the contract but its still frustrating considering most gyms tell you 30 to 45 days, not 2 months. The hot stretch rooms are always taken days in advance. Its also hard to do workouts on a TV when its high up and Im down on the floor doing poses. I have to constantly look up and it hurts my neck. I only came to this gym to use my own stretch workouts and sit inside to sweat but I have a sauna at home too so I wont be coming back. Ill stick to my regular gym. Not worth the cost be to honest.
