1 /5 Misty Thomas: Well two experiences with this law firm. First one was a class action against developer of twin lakes when he breached the dam. I spent enough to determine it was a loss so I paid John Second one he represented my ex husband in our divorce. Humm I thought once you had a client that paid you, which is me! That would be a conflict of interest. So beware of him gaining from both sides!

5 /5 Sherry Dennis: Years ago, Mr. Payne fought the battle with me against my ex, child support, etc. Today I came across the court transcripts from then. Made me appreciate all over again he’s a hell of an attorney.

4 /5 stephen travers: His wife, Cindy, is the attorney for LMSOA of which I am President of. I have found it is always good to have sound legal advice when dealing with contracts. Also when Residents of our community violate restrictions and then refuse to abide by the stated restrictions and bylaws of our community. The Paynes have a wonderful and very knowledgeable legal assistant in the office. The secretary is also very helpful.
