1 /5 Bryon Lavin: Jesse the gentleman that is now the branch manager, has absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Its a shame because this place at one point was very friendly and helpful to the community. They took out nearly 300$ with out noticed. For the past year I have been in constant communication with the previous branch manager. when I called to discuss this he was overwhelmingly aggressive and rude. When asked to speak to the person above him he outright refused to give any information or anyway to contact corporate. I had to call another branch to get that information.
UPDATE: I received a call from his manager reversing the amount taken out and a given an apology. Once it was reviewed. I than had my account transferred to a different location. I highly recommend anyone still holding a account there to do the same. Payment 1 as a company is great. This branch is not.
