1 /5 Stephanie Salazar: Patrick Howard is the ABSOLUTE WORST attorney. Do NOT waste your money on him. He has NO empathy, knowledge, and his billable hours is laughable at best. I strongly urge and suggest to find ANYONE other than this so called attorney. He has been paid and then stopped answering calls and has been very shady. I guess when youre a low profile attorney, you do desperate things.
