If your package gets to its destination - no problems If you have to file a claim for a lost package - they are worthless and refuse to help and when you call UPS they tell you you have to deal with the shipper and around and around it goes! Horrible business!!!!

3 /5 Jacki Murphy: So, its Friday June 9th, husband stopped by Pack n Mail at 9:43 a.m. door was locked. I called again at 10:42 a.m. no answer. So... Pack n Mail needs to update when they are open. I live 12 miles out of town and Google maps states they open at 9 a.m. Please update. Thank you.
