5 /5 Amelia Jimenez: I joined in January. Ive taken 51 classes so far with coaches Cody, Kaitlyn, Chris, Sammy, and Shelby — and Ive genuinely enjoyed every single one. Over time, Ive gotten noticeably stronger and faster. I started lifting 15 lb weights and now comfortably lift 20–25 lbs. My average mile time has improved from around 13 minutes to 10 minutes!
Combined with a healthy diet, this gym has helped me lose 8% of my body weight while gaining muscle — a result I’m really proud of. The coaches are all incredibly friendly, supportive, and motivating. The classes are well-structured to push you, but also flexible enough to let you go at your own pace, which I really appreciate.
The gym also hosts social events to help foster community, which I think is a great touch (even though I haven’t been able to attend any yet). The front desk staff is super helpful and kind — I’ve never had any issues rescheduling or canceling a class last minute due to emergencies, illness, or family obligations. Shout out to Jackie at the front desk for always entertaining my small talk — she’s the best!
The facility is also very clean, with everyone wiping down their equipment during class. Overall, it’s been an awesome experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive, motivating fitness environment.
