2 /5 Minerva Perez: My debit card had to be canceled for fraud use. When I called the bank to order a new card they never placed the order for the new card. I went to the back and asked when I would be receiving the new card I was told 10 business days. I had to call and inquire about the new card and was then told it was never ordered. Usually they are very good but I just don’t know what happened this time. It also seemed as if I was taking up their time and was an inconvenience to them when I was the one inconvenienced.
