I asked a couple of other questions, and he answered them without hesitation. With some of the silver pieces I had, he stated that it would be better if I just kept them, because they would be better as a jewelry set. After he shared his offer, I told him that I was going to get one more quote, and he reassured me that his offer would not change if I came back. I went to another Business to get the same pieces assessed, and was offered 3/4 of what Sam was offering. When I came back in and decided to sell, True to his word, the offer was still the same. I recommend Sam and Nacogdoches Gold & Silver with many many stars!

5 /5 Felix Nelson: We have used this store for jewelry repair in the past and most recently to sell broken gold and coins. The service is consistently very professional and friendly and the prices they pay and sell are fair and far superior than any local pawn shop I know of (I do a lot of Pawn shop shopping). Next time you want to sell gold or buy any kind of jewelry, do yourself a favor and stop by, you will be happy and will walk out with a great item or the best deal on gold!

Christi is so passionate about everything she offers in the store which is something I’ve learned to appreciate nowadays. The store was clean, well organized and artistically put together. We had completely forgotten about it. To our surprise, the warranty covered resizing, which is something wed been considering for a while. And the best part? Jeanette explained that we even have options for future upgrades! It was such a pleasant and unexpected experience. Jeanette was absolutely wonderful – so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We went in for a simple cleaning and left feeling so happy and informed about our options. I asked for a custom band to go with my engagement ring and gave them reference photos of what I was looking for within our budget. The ring was exactly what I wanted! I may have to ask to get two stones on the side removed as they bother my pinky and middle finger a bit, but I will give it a week to see if I get used to it. Regardless, I’m so happy I was able to get my dream band at a price we could afford. Wish I had gotten my engagement ring here too! Now hoping to get a custom band for my husband, can’t wait!

My husband bought me a set of earrings $2,700 in which one of the clips didn’t work. The sales person had put it on me so I didn’t notice until that evening. She had stated if for any reason one of the clasp didn’t work bring it back and they would fix it. She sold me a defective piece knowing it didn’t work. I went back the next day to return them and the man said he didn’t have code to give refund. Spoke with owner on the phone he said come back tomorrow and he’d give me refund. I went back the following day and he stated they would fix it but they don’t give refunds. I don’t trust them and would suggest strongly think twice before you buy from this place
