Bert Williams Insurance - Pleasanton Heidy Teague: I purchased a home owners policy and had nothing but issues from the beginning. First they put the policy to my rental not to the home I was purchasing, then come to find out 9 months later, that my premium changed when they fixed the address. They did not tell me at the time and they did not contact me and let me know, I found out from my mortgage company that my policy was about to be cancelled. I have been given nothing but the run around and false information at every turn. Very disappointed by the service received.
