They have no paralegals in the office, only "legal assistants". Ive caught them being dishonest more than once & I consider their legal assistants to be rather incompetent to say the least. Very disappointed in their legal docs as well as the lack of legal knowledge when trying to have a phone conversation with their "legal assistants".
