5 /5 Rhiannon Fountain: I went to two different Attorneys before going to Alan. They both told me that Texas did not have jurisdiction in my child custody case. I met with Alan and he explained the law regarding my complicated situation. We went to court and I got everything that I wanted. Anna, his paralegal was great also!! She was always very friendly and helped answer any questions that I may have had.

5 /5 Brandon Berry: I have had the honor of working with Alan and his staff for the past year and a half. They are both professional and knowledgeable. Over that course of time, Alan made every effort to research, prepare, and deliver on the statements he made from the beginning. If I have one critique it would be that I wish I could have spent more time with him. This time disparity was due to the fact that everything that needed to be done, was handled, without having to continuously meet face to face. In turn this also saved us money. Alan and his staff are very reasonable when as it pertains to compensation. I would recommend anyone looking for a GREAT, hardworking, knowledgeable attorney to see Alan.

My husband has retained a lawyer in Odessa whom was suppose to help bring down his child support and help him with extended visitation due to the mother making up her own rules and getting away with it. However, his child support increased by HALF, And nothing happened to the mother. Alan on the other hand got my husbands child support dropped back down tremendously by more than half within a month of filing, and now we are fighting for custody due to the mother not cooperating with court orders "not letting us get them on our days and weekends" an telling the children lies about there father not wanting them. I believe this is called parental alienation. She thought she was invincible and made her own rules and now she is freaking out, and because she know Alan means buisness. If youre looking for a lawyer who is incredible at what he does Alan is definitely your guy and his staff is amazing as well. Doris always keeps us informed about dates,times, what to expect, and any questions we have she responds quickly.

I didnt know him previously, I simply chose him by reading one of these reviews. Let me tell you, he was a bulldog in that courtroom! The opposing party never knew what hit them. Alan was prepared, knowledgeable and extremely effective! Needless to say, I came out on top...best money I ever spent!!

1 /5 Tyler Watts: Absolute worst attorney! Dont waste your money on the poor representation Alan will give you! There will be disorganization and confusion during the whole process. After taking our money Alan failed to notify us of our court date and we missed our court appearance, and refuses to answer our phone calls afterwards. Worst scammer Ive ever dealt with!
