This case caused an immense amount of unnecessary stress due to poor communication, lack of professionalism, and what often felt like outright incompetence. The settlement was lower than expected, but at that point, I was so mentally exhausted from the stress of dealing with this firm that I accepted it just to move on. This was not how a professional legal service should operate. I will absolutely not be working with them again.
