    Adrian Olivarez: I dont even want to continue at this bank anymore. Seems like almost every customer service representative is rude. I remember waiting 20 minutes before closing (I didnt realize they closed at 430) to talk to a loan specialist. She sees me waiting as she talks to her collegaue as I and had further questions about my account. As 430 draws near, she escorts me to the door and says I can email her questions. Being in customer service for 20years, Ive never known to kick someone out during business hours until you remedied all customer questions. Beware banking here. Can be unprofessional
