In my opinion, Mr. Pounds provided my wife and me with poor service overall. In my further opinion, it was often difficult for us to communicate with Mr. Pounds in a convenient and timely manner. On the other hand, Mr. Pounds’ support associates provided my wife and me with good and friendly service.
