Is claiming that she texted my number confirming that I wanted to sign up for a year subscription after I was told by one of her employees after a class that she would call me (I never received a single text). I went with my Friend to a class here In bastrop I was not ready to sign a year due to bastrop being a temporary home for us , so I was looking to do the Month to Month first wanted to talk to Stephanie to confirm what would be the best financial decision for me. After calling her today wanting to know why my card had been charged before ever speaking with her , She Assured me that the text message was validation for her to charge me , with out speaking to me. I’m furious and can’t believe someone as the bussiness “owner” would think that “Texting” ( that I never received) someone is professional way to handle your bussiness. WTF ??? And you didn’t think that maybe you should call the person when they never responded to your text message ??? Do your self a favor and RUNNNN??? Scam artists at your finest she basically forgot to call me Period and is all about racking in those “Yearly” contracts so with my info filed into there system she just signed me up with out even allowing me the chance to decided so.
