5 /5 Jorge Martinez: So far, my experience has been positive. While I haven’t had direct contact with the attorney yet, I understand that attorneys can be very busy. My case is straightforward— the firm has sent the necessary letter, and we are waiting for a response to the deposition (the defense) before proceeding to court for a slip-and-fall case. Since state statutes allow up to two years before a court appearance becomes necessary, it appears the opposing party may be delaying in an attempt to mitigate damages or wait for external factors to impact the case. This incident occurred in 2024, so the timeline is still within the statutory limits (the amount of time Texas give a plaintiff to file a law suit)
That said, the attorney’s staff has been incredibly professional, straightforward, and understanding, which I truly appreciate. Their efficiency and clarity in communication have made the process much smoother. Compared to other firms in the area.
