Vanessa and the entire staff has made one of the most stressful and frustrating experiences pertaining to an auto accident that occurred June of last year, out to be a streamlined and easy process. I had questions they answered, I had doubts they talked me through them, I was utterly lost, exhausted and confused about how to handle the car accident especially with the injuries I had. At least coming from Oklahoma the lawyers there will tell you from a phone call consultation that they cannot help you and do not charge anything. It was absolutely unprofessional and waste of my money to be told “your out of my jurisdiction” I inquired on a refund and of course no response. Do not use them. They will take your money irregardless if they can be a help or not.
