5 /5 Darrell Davis: Mr. Enos did a great job on my divorce. I talked to other attorneys but decided to hire David because he spent a lot of time talking to me and really listened; instead of just passing me off to a paralegal. Before I hired him my wife falsely accused me of domestic violence and had me thrown out of the house. After I hired David she called CPS saying that I was abusive to our kids. David worked with me through that ordeal and got the CPS case closed. In fact, David called the CPS investigator as a witness for me at trial and she testified that my wife was a bad mother and that I was a great Dad. After a two-day trial, the Judge awarded me custody of our kids, and gave me the house and even our dog. David stuck with me through a terrible time and I am so grateful he was my attorney.

YourFriendlyNeighborhoodCritic: Call this office, and they told me unless I want to except the plea which amounts to guilty, even if I have all the evidence showing that I’m innocent, it’s not worth their time to take. Then the receptionist ended up hanging up on me telling me that she’s been in law for 31 years, but apparently I know more than her, when I was just trying to get advice based on things I’ve already learned. This had to do with an officer that chose to maliciously write a citation in a form where no one else gets a citation for it. I know this by looking at all of the other citations for what I was written one for, and then i’m trying to get the police video from the cop car that shows everything that was going on. Which basically amounts to civil wrongdoing by civil rights standards, but since my ticket isnt worth their time financially, I received an extremely rude conversation from this office and then got hung up on. All the billboards advertising the guys. Ignore them. They are only plea deal lawyers. If your actually innocent, don’t waste your time. I have a desire to be a lawyer, to help people. Once I get my law degree, I will never be like people in this office.

Robbie Harter: Do not hire this attorney! Absolute worst representation possible. I worked as a paralegal for 12 years so I know what to expect. She never responded to anything in a timely manner, and missed several deadlines. If my EX wasnt calling me asking me why I wasnt responding, I would not have ever known I was missing deadlines. She had my final decree for 3 weeks, never forwarded it to me, to review and sign, so we missed our final hearing date! She would not take my phone calls and would not communicate with me. I would send her numerous emails and she wouldnt respond. She finally called me when I refused to pay her! My case was not a difficult case and she did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! I would have been better off saving my money and representing myself.

Mary Vigil: A must read review… Mr. Pullen drew up my Mom’s Last Will & Testament, Durable POA, Medical POA, etc… in 2011 just prior to her cancer diagnosis. She had many questions about the process, but he was patient and thoroughly explained everything for her. After her passing, I made an appointment to make sense of the process I needed to handle the estate; he was nothing shy of professional, compassionate, and remarkably easy to work with. He took care of everything! I simply appeared before the judge while he did the rest. As many people realize, handling an estate after someone’s death can truly bring out the worst in family members when not everyone agrees with final wishes. Part of this, I believe, is sometimes more simple than greed because we all handle grief in our own unique ways! This was something that my mother anticipated, and the driving force behind making arrangements in advance of becoming ill. There was, indeed, a no contest clause; however, there are still ways for others to delay the probate and closing of an estate. My brothers decided to contest various aspects of the process regarding the role my mother asked me to take. It wasn’t anything based in fact, but it caused delays, including the possibility of a trial, but eventually led to a mediated resolution. Eric was knowledgeable, empathetic, and was on the ball keeping everything progressing for a resolution as quickly as possible! You rely on having everything properly set in place while taking the time to truly listen to your unique circumstances. I know how much comfort that brought to my mom; I will be forever grateful for how he interacted with my mom. I just had no idea that I would end up seeking out his advice and services as well after she passed away. Anyone can draw up documents for you final wishes, including yourself, if you’re bold / confident enough to think that you will remember and anticipate all possibilities that will unfold during an exceptionally difficult period of your life. Being the Executrix, it can be a bit stressful and unnerving simply because it isn’t something you do everyday. Eric guided and reassured us from start to finish! The professional and compassionate man he and his staff are, completely makes all the difference in the world! I sincerely appreciate everything he did for my mom in getting her affairs in order! After her passing, I opted to seek out his counsel for the probate process as he was familiar with the details of the estate and what wishes my mom personally expressed to him. I cannot tell you how valuable his knowledge and expertise was to my mother and I!
