1 /5 Jesse Garcia: I reached out to this law office on Monday seeking assistance with a family custody case. I provided all necessary details, including the case number, and was informed that Mr. Martinez was unavailable but would return my call. I made sure to mention that I work in Washington and that the time difference could be an issue, so I requested a voicemail if I couldn’t answer.
By Thursday, I had received no response, no call and no voicemail. I decided to follow up, only to be met with an incredibly rude and dismissive assistant. Asking basic questions about how the firm handles cases was met with resistance, making it difficult to understand their process. To make matters worse, the assistant implied that I had no right to leave a review since I hadn’t officially hired their services yet.
A law office’s professionalism isn’t just measured by courtroom performance, it starts with how they treat potential clients. If this is how they handle initial inquiries, I can only imagine what working with them would be like. I was referred to this firm, but after this experience, I would never recommend them. Unprofessional, unresponsive, and entirely dismissive of potential clients.
