    Cindy Gibson: I hired Mr Morris in August 2016 to update my corporate book and prepare Asset Purchase and Lease Agreements. He asked for a $2500 retainer fee. He did prepare the documents for signature by the agreed-on time, but getting those signed documents and corporate book back from him has proved to be a 6-month order. Over 25 calls and 14 emails requesting them went unreturned. Two visits to their office to retrieve the documents also were unproductive. I finally received some of the originals 5 months later. Instead of the accounting I requested, I received a slapped-together, vague "invoice" requesting more money (6 months later), and two original signed documents that were never sent to me are "not in their possession."

He took care of all my estate planning while I was going through a divorce and was even able to work with my divorce attorney as to make sure there were no issues in the process. We were able to setup a trust, will, and medical docs. Everything I need for medical issues, financial issues, and the like are all setup for my kids in case something happens. I am very happy to have this done, especially since we were working on it during the pandemic and there were real concerns on my side. Highly recommend!!

Conclusion David E. Moore, again is a great attorney. He is knowledgeable, efficient and takes care of his clients with the highest level of professionalism. He has been extremely helpful to me and others in my family. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a class act attorney. Mr. Moore is straight forward and to the point, there will be no question as to what he will do for you and I very much appreciate his directness and his commitment to the case he represented me in . I learned quickly that his services are priceless, legal issues can affect the rest of your life, Mr. Moore understands this and I am forever grateful for his service to me. He gets my 5 star rating.
