Wanted to settle out of court instead of fighting for what was right. Worst lawyer around would not and will not recommend her to anyone. This lawyer lost to another lawyer who hasn’t won a case in 52 cases plus the lawyer Darby lost to was an adoption lawyer. Not a divorce lawyer like herself. If you specialize in divorce cases shouldn’t you win? Just saying.

1 /5 Andrea Giron: My nephew had her as an associate judge and she allowed a woman (nephew’s soon to be ex-wife) with severe mental issues and clearly neglected the children to have full custody. I believe she is not an unbiased judge and definetly has no common sense. People that have been charged with domestic violence should not have custody of children that is the law. I highly recommend anyone who has been misrepresented by her or has had an unfair judgement by her should file for an investigation to be opened on her like we did.
