3 /5 MAX: I am writing to express my concerns regarding the service I have received recently. As a client of West Short & Howell since 2008, I have always valued the excellent legal support your firm has provided to both my personal and business matters.
However, I have experienced some challenges in contacting my attorney through email and phone. Despite assurances that my messages would be relayed, I have not received a direct response or call back. In addition, my experience during a recent office visit was not satisfactory. I found the behavior of Sara, the receptionist, to be unprofessional and discourteous. Her lack of greeting upon my arrival and her rude, aggressive, and defensive responses when I inquired about the communication issues were quite disappointing. I suggest that Sara could benefit from additional customer service training to enhance client interactions.
Considering these concerns, I have decided to seek legal services from another firm.
