I order a Carti bangle 4mm and before doing a purchase I asked the lady about a 6mm if it would fit a size 7.5 to 8 she said yes . regardless of that conversation i decided to buy the 4mm bangle when purchasing their is an option for you to put a note which I did I put I want a size 8!! I said 8 to make sure it would fit me I got a 7.5 bangle bracelet they keep justifying because of the conversation I had with the lady about a bangle fitting 7.5 to 8 but that was a completely different mm and on notes when purchasing it I wrote I wanted a size 8 so that should be respected owner did not even help at all wasted my time calling her she just try to justify with the conversation about me asking about the 6mm bangle instead of understanding when I did my purchase I put I want a size 8 . I was offer to exchange it but I would have to pay shipping fees and the difference which I would have took it if they would have responded When I first messaged them they left me on read and I had to keep messaging them constantly for help .
