1 /5 Xiomara Garza: This place does not know how to do their job and expect you to pay them for finding you insurance but don’t do it right. When I first had them set up my car ins they underinsured me, didn’t bother to ask the questions/mention anything when I saw the policy I realized it and called back and had to pay more to fix it and now they didn’t list the lien holder when again how am I suppose to know how insurance policies work when I don’t do that for a living. I get told I don’t know that you bought your car and owe it .. ok while I know that you are the insurance sales person you should know what questions to ask and what would be needed depending on the situation. What is the point of paying the professional if the professional does not know what to ask to get the correct information on policy ?
