1 /5 Victoria Hartz: Took some of our money for the case. Then he would not answer our phone calls/emails. Our Ad-Lidem Attorney was also unable to Get him to respond!! She advised us to fire him in writing and try to get our money back. Which we did, but never got a refund or reply.

Incompetent, substandard, he and his staff missed a court date and when we finally did go to court he was so unprepared and ineffective the Judge even questioned how badly Mr. Jones was representing us. RUDE STAFF i.e.KATHY! He and Kathy wouldnt return calls so had to leave a message and email him that he was fired! AGAIN DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!
