You get one free training session with your membership! The personal training has been key to keep me on track. They have a space for kids to play too. (Mine are teens and allowed to come work out with us. )

William Graham: Its a garage gym. Its not all brand-new innovative equipment. Its not a fitness connection. However, its worth it! I love this place! And its 24 hours! You can connect your music to the load speaker if youd like. Theres a few knucklehead kids every once in a while, but kids are kids, and its not that bad. Come get swole!

Heather Shearfield: If you’re considering trying Industrious CrossFit Mont Belvieu don’t put it off! I’m probably one of the oldest ( if not the oldest ) and most out of shape there. When I started I couldn’t even jump rope. Jeff told me to just hop with the rest of the class. So I did. Fast forward a couple months ( about 50 lessons ) and I’m down 30lbs and can jump rope easily. Everyone is kind, welcoming & encouraging. This is absolutely the most effective workout I’ve ever done - real results, relatively fast. Can’t recommend enough - 10/10

Dell: I can understand the concept of the shower opposed to other places, but today’s generation is a lot different for sure. The problem with the design is putting everything in first and then getting out of the shower in between everything is wet on the floor., that’s my opinion of it, it’s really ridiculous to be that paranoid.
