Jeff Jr. ended up helping me with the design & cost. Once that was figured out, they kept me in the loop of timing and I had the opportunity to see it laid out before they made it. They were WAY more affordable than other places I’d checked and had a quick turnaround, too! I absolutely LOVE my necklace! I’d recommend them anytime. They are now redesigning one of my ring sets. Can’t wait to get it! Side bar: while i was there on my 1st visit. They tightened up a loose gem I had on one of my rings…for FREE! Fantastic customer care!

Rosa Garcia: The staff at this location were rude. One of the managers said "I need to get a charm out of this case." with a tone no "excuse me". As a former James Avery associate I know it was a manager since only managers are allowed to get charms from the cases. The lady helping me at the register was also rude. After I told her that I wanted some items clean and a service of add ons I asked when will they be ready and she didn’t respond, asked her again in case she didn’t heard me again no response. I asked what colors were available for the emerald mini butterfly. And responded "white, if the other colors aren’t in the case then we don’t have it." Told her to show me the white. As she came back white the white butterfly she then said we "also have the purple they just put it back in the case." Asked her to show me the purple cause it was the want I wanted from the start and sighed again. I asked her for some pins to add charms to my bracelet (to make the process go faster) and sighs again. Towards the end of the service she circled the time and date I was able to pick up my items and just hands me the receipt. (We’re trained to tell the customer when their items would be ready for pick up.) Came to this location since it’s closer to home but I should’ve just drove to The Woodlands Mall.

V.N Jewelry - Conroe

Linda Johnson: PSA please beware if dealing with V.N.Jewelry on N Frazier St, Conroe, Tx. I took my watch in for a new battery. The 2 ladies quickly replaced the battery but when she handed the watch back to me I noticed the date was wrong. I pulled the stem to reset and the crown fell off in my hand!! Mind you I’ve been wearing this watch for 16 years. I’m very versed in how it works. The lady said, “You broke it!!” Excuse me?? You didn’t set it after replacing the battery! She argued a bit and said I should leave it for the jeweler to repair it. I return to pick up my watch. Again the date was wrong. I pulled the stem again and the crown broke off in my hand, AGAIN!! Now, I’m very upset!! She said, we replaced the crown at our cost! (Since they broke it to begin with!). I refused to leave the watch again. Now, to a reputable watch repair company, I paid an additional $50. for a properly replaced crown and it was correctly set!

The staff was very welcoming, started to assist me right away, and did exactly what I needed today. When I went to pay, they told me it was on the house since it was my first visit there. I was truly surprised! What a wonderful business and staff. Im writing this to let anyone looking for a jewelry/repair shop in The Woodlands know they should definitely give them a visit. I recently pulled the trigger on a Black Bay 41mm with a 5-link bracelet and love it. Thank you Bing, your customer service is exceptional!! Update: I have been in multiple times since my last review and have picked up a new Black Bay 68 with a blue dial and have placed an order for a new tough to get Tudor for my wife. The staff is always amazing and I look forward to working with Thomas Markle Jewelers for many more years.

Rich Miller: Originally I had brought my watch to a guy in the local mall to change bands. He spent about 45 minutes on it and charged me $125. The next day, one end of the watchband fell loose. I decided to get my watch repaired by Fine Fix. The guy fixed it in less than 5 minutes AND replaced the battery. Total charge: $30.00. I highly recommend Fine Fix Jewelry. Easily five stars.
