They advertise that they help you save money on your policy, but in reality, they charge fees for almost every single transaction. We insured a vehicle on 07/22/2025, but ended up not purchasing the car and had to remove it from the policy the same day. Despite this, they refused to issue a refund and charged $59 just for adding the vehicle, even though it was immediately removed. This practice feels misleading and unfair. Be aware that they charge for each change made to your policy — even if its on the same day and no coverage was actually used. I would not recommend this location if youre looking for transparent pricing or customer-first service.
