    Eleanor Skelton: I would definitely recommend Mr. Lionel Martin for employment related issues! He and his staff are very knowledgeable about specific laws and they will tell you whether or not you have a case. I had no experience with lawsuits before. He and his staff walked me through the process every step of the way. He was able to favorably resolve my issue in about a year and a half, the week before my case was scheduled to go to court. I am very satisfied with the resolution of my litigation because it accomplished exactly what I was hoping for. Also, I am autistic. Not everyone I meet is understanding that I am a little bit different. Mr. Martin was understanding and kind and explained things to me in a more literal way when I had questions or needed clarification. Overall, 10/10 would absolutely recommend. Ive also told friends who have had issues with other employers in my industry to call his office.

    Nicole Johnson: A relative and dear friend passed early this year. A pillar in the Thompson/Richmond, TX community working for years at the WA Parish plant. We visited Don Schwartz Law Offices seeking assistance with original last will and testament Don prepared. The initial visit to Dons, showed NO empathy with a cold quesionaire with no guidance. This was a devastating loss to my family and Dons delivery was alarming because instead of providing us with the original will he asked for a copy of the copy we had of the Will. We did not receive the service expected for his years of servicing the community. Shocked and felt profiled, leaving the office with no answers only frustration. It felt as if he treated us as less than because we are African-American. His lack of compassion during this time, is the reason I had to post this. I would not recommend his services when it comes to handling the family after a loss of their loved one. Finally, today 6 months after the passing he provided the original copy of the Will. Disappointed from the service Don provided.
